+## 🚀 快速開始

+### 方式一：Docker 部署（推薦）
+
+```bash
+# 复制到 VPS
+scp -r ~/aars root@187.127.116.15:/root/

+cd /root/aars
+chmod +x setup.sh

+## 🐛 常见问题
+
+**Q: Docker build 失败？**
+```bash
+docker compose down
+docker compose build --no-cache
+docker compose up -d

+
+**Q: 无法登录？**
+检查浏览器 console 的 CORS 错误，或确认 JWT secret 未变更。
+
+**Q: Excel 导入失败？**
+确保 Excel 文件第一行是表头，且日期格式为 `YYYY-MM-DD`。
